We're Having a Birthday Party.....

Thanks to Papa and Nana, I'm going to be able to have the kids party this Sat. Jeremy's already 9, (July) and Kaylee will be 6 the end of this month so we are having a combined pool party. They are going to help pay for the food and stuff which I cannot do now that I am jobless. My mom is going to get the nacho stuff so that will help too! I'm asking for clothes for them too for school cause I only have about 3 new school outfits each, but have no shoes, socks or chonies yet though. I know they'll get some toys so some clothes will be nice too! (Is that wrong of me or what) It's not like they don't like new clothes cause they both do!! I know everything will work out someday so I just keep my head up day by day. What else can I do.... I have my resume out there and am hoping to land something soon. I just wonder, ya know I think about all the stuff Eric and I have done over so many years for everyone else, our families, providing a wonderful home for J and K and just a whole lot of stuff and we just never see anything come back. I guess good things come to those who wait??? Anyhow, hope all is well and we'll talk at ya'll later.....

i dont think there is anything at all wrong with asking for stuff they need...nothing at all.
as for getting nothing else back from others, do you mean financially cause as for the 2 kids that you are taking care of i know how hard it must be at times, is there nothing you can do through the courts to make someone such as mom and dad help you....
i think you are blessed, you have raised 4 healthy and happy children that all have good heads on their shoulders and that love you very much, and you should take a step back and think damn, this is because of me and eric we have raised our kids wonderfully and that should be some sort of reward....
but i also think there has to be something that the goverment can do to help. and i really think mom and dad should be helping you, cause your right it probably seems so hard for you when things are tough....
Keep your head up girl, your a wonderful mom , wonderful wife and wonderful person....things will be better soon.

Trish,

I am so sorry to hear about what happened....it's pretty f*&ked up after all you did for that crappy company. You busted your ass, worked when you were sick, and really didn't get any real "off" time. I think it is really messed up that this had to happen, but look at the bright side. You are free of the "Black Hand of Death" company and can go work for a company that deserves to have someone like you. F*&k UHS...You are better than everyone else there. You will get something that is better for you and your family. Just keep your head up and think of this as a good thing. It won't take long for a company to hire you and when they do THEY will be the lucky ones. Say hi to everyone. I miss you and if there is anything I can do for you from up here (maybe you need some wine....since I DO owe you a bottle!!!!) just let me know.

I miss ya and luv ya

I am so sorry to hear about your job. I will keep you guys in my prayers. I always try to ask if there is anything needed when I buy gift for people. YOu may as well get them something that they coulf really use - right. I always buy clothes for my nephews for their birhdays. This year I didnt - and my nephew kinda missed it. (and he is only four!)
