MEMORIAL DAY 2005

Well, this year, for the first time, we went to our cousin Melody's house for a BBQ. We also celebrated Melody and Beth's birthdays. We all brought something to go along with the hamburgers and hot dogs. Our cousins Nikki, Sarah, and Tawnee (Melody's daughters) were happy to see us (we hadn't seen them in a while) and they all played poker together-Eric enjoyed that! Tawnee and her hubby, Dave are pretty good at it so she won the first round. The kids had fun watching and holdin onto Eric's poker chips for him too... All in all... everyone had a great time.

Becca's Junior Prom!!!

Becca and Sean went to Becca's Junior Prom Saturday, May 21, 2005. Arlington High School's prom this year was at The Ontario Convention Center. A bunch of the teens went in together and were able to rent a Limo for the night so everyone met over at Crystal's house and took photos and stuff by the Limo before going to dinner at Outback Steakhouse. After dinner they went to the Prom and danced the evening away and snapped a bunch of photos with friends...then they went for a little midnight bowling and arrived home around 2:30 am. They all said they had a great time!!!

Finally moved in....

Well, we finally moved in- of course it will take a while to get everything settled but it is nice. It's great that the kids have their own room now. There is still a lot of stuff to do but we'll get there. I'm supposed to be taking things easy because I found out that I am very anemic right now but ya know, that is kind of hard. I am feeling the symptoms though, very tired and stuff. We are hoping to have our housewarming party in June so hopefully by then I'll be feeling better and things will be more settled.
